We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed. However, during peak periods such as Christmas, delivery times may extend beyond the usual 24-hour timeframe. If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting a timed delivery option at checkout for added assurance.

EVRi ParcelShop — Free

Our free delivery service is fulfilled via EVRi ParcelShop, a nationwide network of over 9,000 local collection points across the UK.

Your order will be shipped to the ParcelShop closest to your postcode, allowing you to collect at a time that suits you. ParcelShops are typically located in local businesses such as corner shops and supermarkets, making collection quick and convenient.

Estimated delivery: 4–5 working days.

Dispatch information:

• Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day (where stock allows).
• Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. are dispatched the next working day.
• We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
• Parcels are delivered to your nearest EVRi ParcelShop based on your postcode.

DPD Tracked — Paid Upgrade

Options: Next Working Day / Saturday (Anytime) / Next Day By 12 (Mon–Fri) / Next Day By 10:30 (Mon–Fri)

Our DPD Tracked service is a fast and reliable delivery option for customers who want their orders as soon as possible. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability), with delivery on the next working day.

Tracking & delivery updates

DPD provides tracking and delivery notifications via SMS, email, or the DPD app. On the morning of delivery you’ll receive a one-hour delivery window, plus driver progress and the number of stops before arrival.

Dispatch rules:

• Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. are dispatched the next working day.
• Orders placed on a Friday are delivered on Monday unless a Saturday delivery option is selected at checkout.
• We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

DPD delivery notifications:

SMS: Sent on collection and delivery day with consignment details. You may reschedule (up to five banking days) using the security code provided.
Email: Predict notifications with estimated delivery time and parcel status updates.
DPD App: Push notifications for real-time updates if registered.
Predict: Estimated delivery time plus the number of stops before the driver reaches you.
Not at home? A parcel notification card may be left with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

During busy periods (e.g. Christmas), delivery times may take slightly longer. Estimated time slots are for guidance and are not guaranteed.


Important Delivery Information:

  • No delivery is guaranteed, and we do not offer refunds for late deliveries caused by courier issues such as weather disruptions or logistical delays.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or where items are out of stock at the time of purchase.
  • If you provide a mobile number and email address, DPD will send delivery notifications to keep you updated.
