We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed. However, during peak periods such as Christmas, delivery times may extend beyond the usual 24-hour timeframe. If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting a timed delivery option at checkout for added assurance.

EVRi ParcelShop — Free

Our free delivery service is fulfilled via EVRi ParcelShop, a convenient network of over 9,000 local collection points across the UK. Your order will be shipped directly to the nearest ParcelShop to your postcode, where you can collect it at a time that suits you. EVRi ParcelShops are located within local businesses such as corner shops and supermarkets, making collection quick and easy. With deliveries typically taking 4–5 working days, our EVRi ParcelShop option offers a reliable, flexible, and completely free way to receive your order.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day, where in stock and available.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will be dispatched the next working day.
  • We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
  • Parcels are shipped to your nearest EVRi ParcelShop (based on your postcode).
  • Estimated delivery: 4–5 working days.
  • Ideal if you’re happy to collect locally at your convenience.

DPD Tracked — Next Working Day / Saturday (Anytime) / Next Day By 12 (Mon - Fri) / Next Day by 10:30 (Mon -Fri)  (Paid Upgrade)

Our DPD Tracked Delivery service offers a fast and reliable next working day delivery option for customers who want their orders as soon as possible. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, with deliveries made the following working day where stock is available. DPD provides full tracking and delivery notifications via SMS, email, or the DPD app, including a convenient one-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery. You’ll also receive updates with your driver’s progress and the number of stops before arrival. If you’re not home, DPD will leave a parcel notification card with instructions to rearrange delivery. During busy periods such as Christmas, delivery times may take slightly longer, but DPD remains one of the most reliable and transparent courier services available.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday unless a Saturday delivery option is selected at checkout.
  • We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

DPD Delivery Notifications

  • DPD provides various notifications to keep customers informed about their deliveries:

    SMS Notifications:

    • Sent on the day of collection and day of delivery to the phone number provided.
    • Includes the consignment number, expected delivery time, and COD amount (if applicable).
    • If the scheduled delivery date is inconvenient, recipients can reschedule for another day (up to five banking days) using a security code from the notification.
    • On the morning of delivery, recipients receive an update with a one-hour delivery window. This time slot is for reference only and is not guaranteed, as delays due to traffic and other factors may occur.

    Email Notifications:

    • Sent to the email address provided by the sender.
    • Includes Predict notifications, providing estimated delivery times and parcel status updates.

    DPD App Notifications:

    • Available for users who have registered with the DPD app.
    • Push notifications can be enabled for real-time updates.

    Predict Notifications:

    • Provides an estimated delivery time and the number of stops before the driver reaches your location.

    Parcel Notification Cards:

    • If you are not at home during delivery, DPD will leave a double-sided parcel notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

Important Delivery Information:

  • No delivery is guaranteed, and we do not offer refunds for late deliveries caused by courier issues such as weather disruptions or logistical delays.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or where items are out of stock at the time of purchase.
  • If you provide a mobile number and email address, DPD will send delivery notifications to keep you updated.
