Keeptheheaton.com are totally dedicated to providing users of heating equipment with a fast, comprehensive and reliable after sales spare parts service. Our philosophy is to quote realistic, not optimistic, delivery times. Our aim is to exceed the expectation we have created. Initially we will offer fast moving key parts expanding our range in line with your online requests. We are particularly keen to know which parts you wish to find online. Search Tips.
Appliance search.
For a more accurate search you can search for parts by individual appliance. Use the 'make' and 'model' pull down boxes in the Find by model section on the homepage to select an appliance. The results will be products only for your selected appliance.
Gas Council Number search
You can use the appliance 'Gas Council' number (GCN) to quickly search for products for an individual appliance. Use the "Find by GC Number" search box to get started.
General search
You can make a general search in the box at the top of the page. The search will try to find matches on manufacturer, brand and potential 'known as' information.
Making A Purchase.
Making a purchase is easy. Simply browse our Catalogue, click on an item to find more information about it or click the 'Add to Cart' button to add it to the shopping cart.
When you are ready to complete your order click on the cart logo, seen at the top of the page. The mini cart will display with a selection of your items. You have the option to checkout quickly by using the PayPal or Google Pay buttons. These will jump through the purchase process, taking information from your accounts where possible to speed up the process. You may also click the options to view the complete cart or start the checkout process. You will be asked to enter your address and payment information during the checkout process.
To empty cart.
You may review the contents of your cart by clicking on the cart logo seen at the top of the page. The mini cart will open, showing a selection of products, there is a link to view the full cart. From either the full or mini cart you may remove an item by clicking on the dustbin icon.
Payment.
We accept payments by credit/debit card, PayPal and GooglePay. All payments are online only and processed by PayPal via Adobe Payment Services
Shipping and handling.
We currently supply to U.K. mainland only. Carriage is charged at a flat rate per order, and you can order as many items as you require on any single order. Carriage is normally by DPD, UPS or Royal Mail, depending on the type of goods being sent. Alternative carriers may be used.
Delivery. / Next Day Delivery Service
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if placed before 5:00 p.m. (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after this time or on Fridays will be dispatched the next working day, with Monday delivery unless a Saturday option is selected. While DPD provides estimated delivery times via SMS, email, and app notifications, delays due to weather or logistics may occur, and deliveries are not guaranteed. The website will show the leadtime of an item if it is not immediately available for dispatch and we will back order it for you.
Tax charges.
For orders supplied in the UK 20% VAT is added.
Returns Policy.
‘Consumers’ have a seven working days ‘no quibble’ cancellation period after the receipt of goods providing they are in a re-saleable condition. Notice of cancellation must be in writing and can be sent by post or e-mail. After this period the same terms and conditions that apply to ‘Business’ users will be applied. Please see our ‘Terms’ page. The buyer will be liable for the cost of return carriage. Refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your goods, provided they are in a re-saleable condition. To cancel, please notify us in writing via post or email. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be processed within 30 days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
