Biasi BI1172-111 Automatic Air Purger Valve

The AAV removes air pockets that are present within a closed water system, making sure that the system does not become airlocked. Unlike most components within a boiler, the AAV does not need to receive signals from the PCB to activate. A float within the AAV monitors the system water level and provides an ideal way to release air whilst preventing the escape of water. When the water level is high, the float will block the air discharge hole, if the water level is low, the holes are no longer blocked and the air can escape.
