Delivery Information
Delivery. All orders received before 5.00pm will be dispatched the same day except Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays. Standard delivery is usually next working day. Express and Priority delivery is guaranteed next day by the time stated on your selection. (The delivery default is Standard delivery but you are given the opportunity to select other services during the checkout procedure.) All orders received after 5.00p.m. will be dispatched next working day.
Returns Policy. ‘Consumers’ have a seven working days ‘no quibble’ cancellation period after the receipt of goods providing they are in a re-saleable condition. Notice of cancellation must be in writing and can be sent by post, fax or e-mail. After this period the same terms and conditions that apply to ‘Business’ users will be applied. Please see our ‘Terms’ page. The buyer will be liable for the cost of return carriage. Refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
